Guess I’ll be the first to write something. As a 2019 Heritage Softail I wanted to pass along a bit of info. I’m located in Texas and with the hot summer weather and the current virus restrictions you need to keep some cold drinks and maybe a snack or two with you on a ride.

Since the hard bags on the Heritage are smaller than those on the touring bike the saddlebag cooler inserts will not fit the bags. They normally are to long, too wide, and too deep.

However I found a company that makes a perfect fit for our bags. One review claims the liner is not very water proof, but most of us have reusable freezer blocks of one type or another.

The brand is Dowco Willie & Max 04742 Grab & Go Saddlebag Cooler Insert:

These are available for from $15 to $35 depending on where you purchase from the internet.
