The Yamaha is less money, and the Beemer is a better bike, but Way more expensive! Yamaha makes a really good bike also ! Even the service visits are going to be really expensive on the Beemer though ! I spend a Lot on service visits with my Harley too !

Yeah I agree with @Chuck . Looks wise is tough but I would go Yamaha… Although wouldn’t say no to either!

Im a BMW GS rider, so I have a little bias towards the BMW… And yes the servicing or any works associated is expensive!
